As part of our open-source initiative to support those impacted by the Eaton Fire, we’ve built a network of carefully vetted, qualified professionals—including licensed architects, experienced residential designers, contractors, and material suppliers—who are ready to assist with the rebuilding process.

To ensure Altadena homeowners have access to reliable and experienced experts, Rebuild Altadena created a public Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. This open call invites service providers to submit their credentials, which are evaluated based on licensing, past projects, local permitting experience, and collaborative approach. We prioritize professionals who not only bring technical expertise but also show a deep commitment to our community’s recovery.

Approved applicants are added to our Trusted Network—a growing list of dependable, community-aligned professionals that homeowners can turn to with confidence. We also continue to monitor performance and welcome homeowner feedback to maintain the highest standards of quality and accountability.
