Binh K. Wong leads Rebuild Altadena’s commercial design work, helping bring new life to underutilized properties, small businesses, and neighborhood-serving spaces. With nearly two decades of architectural experience spanning civic, cultural, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, Binh brings both technical rigor and creative vision to the team.
His work blends practical problem-solving with thoughtful design, grounded in a deep understanding of code, entitlement, and community context. From early planning through agency approvals, Binh helps move complex projects forward with clarity and care.
In addition to his leadership on commercial efforts, Binh also contributes to residential rebuilds—supporting families in designing resilient, lasting homes that reflect their needs and stories. His collaborative spirit and calm, solutions-oriented approach make him a key force in advancing Rebuild Altadena’s mission across sectors.

Vadim Vysotskiy
Vadim Vysotskiy brings over 30 years of experience in Residential design to the Rebuild Altadena team. A graduate of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture with a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Vadim has built a distinguished career working on residential, commercial, and public projects. His creative vision, technical precision, and dedication to sustainable design have helped shape communities with lasting impact. At Rebuild Altadena, Vadim is committed to helping our neighbors design homes that are both functional and inspiring, ensuring that rebuilding efforts honor the unique character of our community.

Priscilla Garita
Priscilla helps families rebuild spaces that feel like home again. As Rebuild Altadena’s Interior and Residential Designer, she works closely with homeowners to turn ideas into thoughtful, practical designs—guiding everything from layout plans to picking finishes that reflect each family’s personality and lifestyle.
With a background in interior design, interaction design, and 3D visualization, Priscilla has worked on homes, offices, hotels, and more. She’s especially skilled at helping people see what’s possible—creating visual renderings and design boards that bring spaces to life before construction even begins.
What drives her most is the chance to help people recover and rebuild with intention. For Priscilla, good design isn’t just about how things look—it’s about how they feel and function every day.

Procurement & Supply Chain Advisor
Joe Pham
Joe Pham is passionate about helping families rebuild smarter and more affordably. With over 15 years of experience working directly with factories overseas and locally, he specializes in sourcing high-quality lighting fixtures and building materials for projects ranging from custom homes to hotels, medical centers, restaurants, and schools.
An electrical engineering graduate from Cal Poly Pomona, Joe understands both the technical and logistical challenges of large-scale projects. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for negotiating the best prices, managing complex logistics, and ensuring that materials arrive on time and on budget.
At Rebuild Altadena, Joe brings his expertise and factory partnerships to the community, using bulk purchasing strategies to lower material costs — helping homeowners stretch their budgets without sacrificing quality. His goal is simple: to make rebuilding faster, more affordable, and a little easier for every neighbor.

Advisor, Community Advocate, and Lead Designer – Lamb Series
Steven S. Lamb
Steven S. Lamb serves as an official advisor to Rebuild Altadena, offering deep expertise in community advocacy, historic preservation, and traditional residential design. A long-time Altadena Town Council member and preservation consultant, Steven has been a trusted voice for thoughtful, place-based rebuilding in the San Gabriel foothills.
Through his role as designer of the “Lamb Series,” Steven has contributed a set of resilient, character-rich home designs tailored for families recovering from the Eaton Canyon fire. These homes are rooted in Altadena’s architectural language, blending timeless aesthetics with modern needs.
Steven’s guidance ensures that Rebuild Altadena remains grounded in community values, respectful design, and a future built on integrity and trust.
